Gathering logs and analysing them to determine the root of the problem. Diagnosing the problem and working towards a solution or referring it to the right team.

Assuming responsibility for the concerns brought up by the clients via the Incident Management System. Diagnosing a problem and resolving it or forwarding it to the right party for further action. Addressing the concerns of end-users and hardware engineers through phone calls for their problems. Keeping track of the services and applications to ensure they remain operational. Conducting established proactive assessments to deliver updates to management and emphasize any identified issues. Monitoring client concerns in the Incident Management System and offering updates or proposed actions during calls or meetings with management.

Overseeing systems and servers via AWS and keeping track of emails sent by the monitoring tools. Assuming responsibility for the concerns highlighted in the Incident Monitoring System and examining them more closely. Resolving any problems identified for the system or reported via the Incident Management System. Carrying out maintenance on server applications with the most recent software update/version.
